TMHPR was invited to participate in a lovely event that was held in Garland on March 26th at Equinox on the Park, a new Fidus Pet Concierge property in North Texas. The properties that partner with Fidus are catered toward renters with pets. They have some amazing amenities for pet owners.
This was an adoption carnival event where residents could come out and meet our adoptable dogs. In addition to TMHPR, the SPCA of North Texas, The DAWG Project, Mesquite Adoption Center, Rockwall Adoption Center, and some other great rescue organizations were in attendance. There were also some pretty great food trucks at the event.
Inside the lobby of the property, they had a cute carnival photo op set up. A few of our foster dogs as well as their foster parents had a few photos snapped by helpful volunteers.
There was a great turnout of adoptable dogs as well as people who came to meet them. Teresa Dickerson with Angel Havens Rescue was there to work with some of our dogs at the event. Thank you Teresa!
There were plenty of foster parents and helpful volunteers on hand to answer questions from prospective adopters, walk dogs, and talk about TMHPR. Thank you to our fosters who brought your dogs to the event. Without our fosters, we could not rescue dogs and take them to great events like these!
Thanks to our volunteers who came to set up, walk dogs, work during the event, and tear down. It truly takes everyone to make an event like this a success. It was a beautiful day and everyone had a wonderful time. Looking forward to future potential events with this group!
