Sisters: Gracie & Lydia

Have you met this beauty?

This is Gracie.

She is a flirt . . . a shy flirt.

But, I bet you could guess that by the above picture.

And this is her sister, Lydia.

She is a ham . . . a bit of a shy ham.

These sweet ladies have been living in a loving foster home since they were returned to Take Me Home Pet Rescue (TMHPR) a month ago. This allowed them time to adjust to their new surroundings so we could better describe their true personalities.

These 6 year old tabby sisters have been part of the TMHPR family since 2009. They have been adopted together twice and due to unforeseen circumstances both families moved and had to leave them behind. So, we are now looking for a forever family who will truly be their forever home.  No more moving homes for these sweet and shy girls.

Gracie is adorable, sweet, silly, flirty but a shy girl. She wants so much to be loved but isn’t quite sure who to trust. She loves to be petted and have her chin scratched but isn’t fond of being held.

She loves to explore, play with toys and take naps under blankets. Although she and Lydia don’t cuddle together, her foster mom says she looks up to Lydia.

Lydia (aka Lilly) is beautiful, sweet and is also a shy girl. She loves to be petted and will purr and knead until you stop. She is not into toys or curious about her surroundings. She enjoys a sunny spot in the window to watch the birds or hang out on top of the cat tree.

They have never been apart so we are hopeful their new forever and ever family will find it in their heart to adopt them together.

They would love to have a home of their own to spend quiet days and nights.

We can arrange for a personal meet and greet until we feel they would be comfortable at our Saturday events.
