Sometimes the dogs in the home just know when the Foster Fail is inevitable. It usually takes the humans a little longer to clue in. But, the dogs know.
Trudy was dumped behind our Adoption Center on a weekend evening, when, luckily, someone came by and found her. And the rest is history . . .
Annie and Scout (pka Saint), both welcomed Trudy into their home, she simply became a part of the pack. Her fosters continued to bring her to Meet & Greets, and Trudy would just look at her Foster Dad, as if asking, “Why are we here again?”
Well, it happened. The humans finally realized that she was simply staying. The dogs . . . . well, they feel that it is about time they figured it out.
