Hermione has found her Forever Home and helped mend a broken heart or two in the process.
Hermione was found in the Dowdy Ferry area on the side of the road, where she would not leave her buddy, a large Great Pyrenees Mix, who had been hit by a car. She was so dedicated to him that when humans approached to help, she tried to protect him.
Her buddy didn’t make it, he was too injured. She entered a foster home where her favorite friend was a large chocolate lab. So, when we looked for her Forever Home, we knew she needed a BIG wrestling buddy.
Along came Gus, a TMHPR Alum. He had lost his buddy, a female Doberman, to cancer very unexpectedly. He was so depressed. And his humans hearts hurt with the loss. And they knew the best thing for Gus was to find him a new friend.
Along came Hermione!! Know known as Emme, she has helped Gus out of his depression and raised spirits in the home, like only a puppy can.
We think this is the perfect match!! Thank you to those rescuers who helped this baby to a Fabulous Life!
