Found in the Dowdy Ferry area, this boy watched as his sister was struck and killed by a car. He didn’t know where to turn when a rescuer scooped him up and brought him to the Adoption Center. Fostered by an amazing woman on the SMU campus . . . he learned what being safe and loved was all about.
