Did you know that March 20th is International Day of Happiness!

Dogs and cats spend so much of their lives making their humans happy.

So, what is better than our four-legged friends making us happy?

Seeing our Take Me Home Pet Rescue (TMHPR) animals happy!

Max in his foster home with a happy pack.
Max is currently available for adoption.
Zeke, in his forever home.  This is his relaxed happy face.
His eyes saying “thank you” for helping me find my forever family.
Scarlet’s (now Annie) happy face after an evening walk with her forever family.

Simon has a permanent smile.  He has the perfect smiley face.
He would make a great addition to a family looking for a silly cat.

Dempsey reports he is happy in his forever home.  He has a new bunny friend.

Poppy sends word that she and her big brother are very happy
in their forever home.  What a cute pair!

Goldilocks gave big smiles when she met her forever two-legged siblings.
Belly rubs always bring BIG smiles.

Yep, that is alum Gigi giving a big smile from the back seat.
She was off to a patio lunch with her forever family.

Foster kitty Gracie doing a happy head stand.  She and sister, Lydia,
would make any family happy if they were adopted.
And who could forget Chief’s smiling face during one of his car rides
with TMHPR Founder, Elise.  Chief is now living with his forever family.
Freya even smiles while sleeping in her Forever Home.
Sweet Freya has hit the jackpot with her new Forever Pops.
Here is sweet Oreo smiling in her sleep.
She had an outing to youth group last night.
Oreo & her young siblings are looking for their forever homes.
Oreo’s brother, Coconut, loved his walk in the sunshine this week.
He loved laying in the grass and soaked up the sun.
And the best smile of all . . . Nick’s “I’m adopted smile.”

Go out and enjoy #internationaldayofhappiness.

Smile at those you meet.  It is an easy and free way to promote kindness in their lives.

And don’t forget to Meet & Greet tomorrow.  Come see the dogs and cats who are at the adoption center.  They would love to bring a smile to your face!
