Today marks the first day of February, which means we are already 1/12th of the way through 2016 and with as many intakes and adoptions as we have been doing… we can tell! So far this year has proven to be quite busy and filled with adorable cat and kitten faces. Thanks for tuning into our weekly Monday Meow to get your cat and kitten fix. Feel free to share!
The “Married” Couple Has Moved
PS: we chose the music in this video because it looks like Janna is rocking out to some good music 🙂
Remember Sweet Sebastian?
Of course you do! This sweet boy is also settling into his foster home nicely. He has two foster dog siblings and his foster mom reports that he is doing well adjusting to live with dogs. She also says that this is Sebastian’s favorite spot in the whole house to hang out. We haven’t yet received videos of him playing the piano, but we expect those will come shortly! 😉
It’s so nice to know that our cats are doing well, especially a cat with special needs (reminder: he has FIV and Leukemia).
Have you ever thought about becoming a foster for a cat in need? Check out this page on our website, it explains all about what is expected of a foster home and what we provide as a part of the program. You can even apply to become a foster parent directly on our website!
Fun With Blocks!
Simba and Trevor aren’t related, but they both had fun in the studio this past weekend with Lesia, our expert cat photographer and her fabulous cat wrangler assistant Vickey. Gorgeous photos like these help our cats catch the eyes of potential adopters, so we are very appreciative to everyone who has ever helped with photography by taking photos, wrangling cats, donating props, and of course those who have shared photos of our cats!
Here’s a bonus shot of Simba… he’s a wild one and always on the go.
Don’t forget, you can find more cat photos on our Facebook page… what are you waiting for? “Like” us and start sharing with your friends!
Happy Adoption News For These Brothers
Sammy and Denny were the two remaining kittens from this group and we are proud to report that they have found ONE loving home… together! They are going to be so happy spending their lives together as they have been together since day 1 it seems. Their foster mom did a great job of socializing them and getting them ready to be adopted. We can’t really ask for more!
